Cancellation Policy
A deposit is due at the time of booking and will be applied to your final total. Reschedules are accepted. The deposit will be refunded provided that the appointment is canceled no less than 1 hour before your scheduled time. If you cancel within 1 hour of the appointment, are a no-show, refuse service, or service cannot be completed for any reason through no fault of Go To You Notary Mobile Notary Service, your deposit is non-refundable. All signers must be present at the time of appointment. You MUST HAVE the following at the appointment, otherwise, your appointment will not be completed: A valid UNEXPIRED state ID, driver's license, or passport. Temporary paper IDs and expired IDs are NOT acceptable.
